titleOfInvention | Molded article and its manufacturing method |
abstract | Provided is a molded article having a phase-separated structure formed by photopolymerizing a photopolymerizable composition, which provides a sharp diffraction spot with high diffraction efficiency, and a method of manufacturing the same. A molded body 1 having a matrix 2 and a plurality of columnar structures 3 having different refractive indices from the matrix 2 disposed in the matrix 2, having a intensity distribution of standard normal distribution and a half width of intensity distribution. In the angular spectrum obtained when irradiating this 0.5 degree laser beam, the half value width of a diffraction spot is 0.6 degrees or less, and diffraction efficiency is 10% or more. The plurality of columnar structures 3 are oriented in substantially the same direction and are arranged in a regular lattice shape in a plane perpendicular to this alignment direction. |
