The present invention starts at the amino terminus of a protein, followed by (i) cytomegalovirus human MHC-restricted peptide, (ii) first peptide linker, (iii) human β-2 microglobulin, (iv) second peptide linker, (v) ) The HLA-A2 chain of the human MHC class I molecule, (vi) the third peptide linker, (vii) the variable region from the heavy chain of the scFv fragment of the antibody, and (viii) the variable region from the light chain of the scFv fragment.
