The electrolyte contains cyclic carbonate in an amount of 80% or more and 100% or less of the total nonaqueous solvent, and contains an electrolyte in which the concentration of the electrolyte salt is 0.8 mol / kg or more and 1.8 mol / kg or less. The negative electrode active material layer contains a polymer containing repeating units derived from vinylidene fluoride.
