titleOfInvention Skeleton material in which collagen is chemically bonded to the surface of apatite hydroxide
abstract The present invention forms a 3-APTES layer of a silane-based coupling agent so that an amino group is formed on the surface of the bone substitute material of hydroxide apatite, and diluted with diluted EDC (N- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -N'-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride) NHS (N-hydorxyl succinimide) and the collagen solution were mixed and immersed in the collagen coating solution which activated the carboxyl group of collagen. The amino group of the 3-APTES layer and the carboxyl group of the collagen were chemically bonded to share the collagen layer on the surface of the hydroxide apatite. By configuring to bind, the cell adhesion, cell proliferation and biocompatibility of the bone replacement material is to be significantly improved.n n n n Bone substitute, apatite hydroxide, collagen, 3-APTES, chemical bond, covalent bond
