| abstract |
The present invention relates to a new method for preserving the quality of various kinds of fruits and vegetables for home and institutional use. In particular, the present invention discloses a new container that independently maintains the changed atmosphere (1% to 50% carbon dioxide and 1% to 15% oxygen) in the container and maintains a relative humidity between 50% RH and 94% RH. The present invention provides a region of varied atmosphere that creates options with specialized films and micropores. |
