titleOfInvention Organic light emitting display device
abstract The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention is formed on a substrate, a substrate, and includes a semiconductor layer, a gate insulating film, a gate electrode, an interlayer insulating film, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and a source electrode or a drain electrode of the thin film transistor. A first electrode and a second electrode, which are electrically connected, are formed by vacuum deposition between the first electrode and the second electrode, and include an organic material layer including at least a light emitting layer and an electron injection layer, wherein the organic material layer is electron injection with the second electrode. Further comprising a protective layer formed of a metal compound between the layers. As a result, degradation of characteristics and lifespan of the organic light emitting display device after heat treatment can be effectively prevented.
