abstract |
As a milk quality inspection method, a milk quality inspection method using a protein microarray chip is disclosed. According to the present invention, there can be provided a method for quantifying whether there is a qualitative and quantitative change in protein between crude milk collected from cow's milk and processed milk used, which forms a microarray by attaching an antibody to a substrate. This can be achieved by reacting the attached antigen with a substance containing the antigen to be quantified, and then providing a protein detection and quantification method for measuring the degree of competitive inhibition. |
