titleOfInvention | Small Interference RNA Specific to Neurotensin MRNA and Tumor Therapeutic Agents Comprising It as an Active Ingredient |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of increasing the sensitivity of tumor cells to gamma radiation and cisplatin by regulating the expression of the neurotensin gene, and specifically, to the preparation of the neurotensin gene by siRNA specific to neurotensin mRNA. In the case of suppressing the expression of the tumor cells for gamma radiation and cisplatin (cisplatin) increases and thus relates to a composition for treating a tumor comprising siRNA expressing the siRNA as an active ingredient. The tumor therapeutic composition comprising the siRNA specific to the neurotensin mRNA of the present invention and the siRNA as an active ingredient inhibits the expression of auto-secretion that stimulates the growth of tumor cells when transduced into tumor cells, particularly lung cancer cells, and lung cancer cells. By maximizing apoptosis by increasing the susceptibility to stress, when used in combination with radiation therapy or chemotherapy it can be used very effectively in the treatment of tumors. |
