titleOfInvention | Mass production and activation method of caspase precursors that can be artificially activated using E. coli system |
abstract | The present invention relates to a recombinant caspase and a method for preparing the same. Specifically, by replacing a self-activating recognition site of caspase so that it can be recognized by a bicysteine-based proteolytic enzyme, the cell does not exhibit self-activation upon overexpression using E. coli. A recombinant caspase expression vector that can be overexpressed without toxicity. Caspases mass-produced by the anti-activation recombinant caspase precursor of the present invention can be widely used for drug discovery and biological function research of enzymes. |
