titleOfInvention | Color filter and manufacturing method |
abstract | The present invention has at least a colored pattern formed by imparting a photocurable composition containing at least a pigment having an average particle diameter of 15 to 150 nm on a substrate, and having a secondary pattern in an image obtained as a result of observation by an atomic force microscope on the surface of the colored pattern. It provides a color filter characterized in that the occupancy of the particles is 40% or less. The photocurable composition is preferably a polymer containing at least a copolymer unit derived from an organic solvent, the pigment having an average particle diameter of 15 to 150 nm, a monomer represented by the following general formula (1), a photopolymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator. At least. The present invention also provides a method for producing a color filter using the above preferred photocurable composition.n n n n n n n n [In General formula (1), R < 1> represents a hydrogen atom or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group. R 2 represents an alkylene group. W represents -CO-, -C (= 0) O-, -CONH-, -OC (= 0)-or a phenylene group. X is -O-, -S-, -C (= O) O-, -CONH-, -C (= O) S-, -NHCONH-, -NHC (= O) O-, -NHC (= O ) S-, -OC (= O)-, -OCONH- or -NHCO-. Y represents -NR 3- , -O-, -S- or -N =, and is connected to the N atom through an atomic group adjacent thereto to form a cyclic structure. R 3 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group. m and n each independently represent 0 or 1.] |
