titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of alignment film and manufacturing method of liquid crystal panel |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an alignment film and a method of manufacturing a liquid crystal panel, which prevent impurity ions in a liquid crystal from invading an electrode interface, thereby preventing display defects from occurring and improving the quality and reliability of the liquid crystal display device. A method of forming an alignment film on a surface of a glass substrate, a process of producing an organic solution in which a thermosetting resin or a UV curable resin is dissolved in an organic solvent, and coating and drying the organic solution on the surface of the alignment film to form a coating layer. And a coating layer is formed on the alignment layer that transmits impurity ions, and is formed to prevent impurity ions in the liquid crystal from contacting the electric double layer on the electrode formed on the glass substrate. |
