A vector for cell surface expression of the Fc domain of swine IgG, a host cell transformed with the vector, a swine disease-related virus vaccine using the host cell and a method of manufacturing the same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a vector for cell surface expression of a Crystallized Fragment (Fc) domain of swine immunoglobulin G (hereinafter referred to as “IgG”), a host cell transformed with the vector and the host. The present invention relates to a method for producing a vaccine against a pig disease-related virus using cells. In the case of propagating the virus in the host cell according to the present invention, by including the Fc in the viral envelope, it is possible to easily produce a vaccine having excellent immunity against various swine disease-related viruses. |
