abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for detecting pathogens and distinguishing single nucleotide variants using DNA hybridization of oligonucleotides, and more specifically, to oligonucleotides by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) using unmodified gold nanoparticles. The present invention relates to a method for the detection of pathogens using DNA hybridization of nucleotides and to distinguish between single base mutations. The method of the present invention can be usefully used for SERS to quickly detect single base mismatches in DNA within about 15 minutes without using tagging materials or staining labels, thereby distinguishing single base mutations and the presence of specific pathogens. It can be used to detect and quickly detect whether bird flu virus is infected, especially from birds. |
