titleOfInvention A spectacle lens having a peelable water-soluble polyurethane layer and a method of manufacturing the same
abstract The present invention provides a spectacle lens having a peelable water-soluble polyurethane layer having an adhesive strength in the range of 5 to 50 g / cm 2. The modified polyurethane resin used as the water-soluble polyurethane layer can produce a spectacle lens having a water-soluble polyurethane layer that can be peeled off using a resin obtained by mixing and stirring amines, pyrrolidones, and water with a polyurethane resin. In addition, if necessary, a spectacle lens having a peelable water-soluble polyurethane layer with added functionality can be prepared by blending perfluorobutanesulfonate with the modified polyurethane resin.n n n The manufactured spectacle lens is physically protected, not only prevents the outermost water repellent function of the outermost layer, but also prevents contamination from dust that may occur during distribution, and provides good processing without axial deviation during the post-processing of the lens. Disclosed is a spectacle lens having a peelable water-soluble polyurethane layer capable of protecting a new lens that can be made, and a method of manufacturing the same.
