abstract | The present invention provides a two-part polyurea coating composition suitable for coating a hydrologic. The coating composition of the present invention consists of a prepolymer and a curing agent composition, wherein the prepolymer is 100 parts by weight of at least one diisocyanate selected from the group consisting of aliphatic isocyanates and aromatic isocyanates, 20 to 50 parts by weight of polyoxyalkylene glycol and alkyl 10 to 20 parts by weight of ethylene carbonate, the curing agent composition comprises 100 parts by weight of the amine chain extender and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of at least one antifoaming agent selected from the group consisting of a silane antifoaming agent, a fatty acid antifoaming agent and a fluorine antifoaming agent. The coating composition of the present invention has a very high strength as soon as it is completely adhered immediately upon application to a water gate, and can shorten the air with a duration and fast curing within 19 seconds. In addition, unlike the general waterproofing material, it can give the desired thickness of paint on the vertical surface in a short time, and there is no smell and no emission of VOC (volatile organic compound), so that no environmental problems are raised, and it has excellent waterproofing, rustproofing and chemical resistance. And forms a smooth film. |
