titleOfInvention Multilayer Nonwovens and Methods of Making Multilayer Nonwovens
abstract The present invention relates to a multi-layer nonwoven fabric having a first fibrous layer and a second fibrous layer laminated on one surface side of the first fibrous layer, and viewed from the other side of the first fibrous layer. A plurality of grooves are formed along the first direction in a shape recessed in the thickness direction, and are formed adjacent to each of the plurality of grooves in a shape projecting in the thickness direction, and the weight per fiber unit area of the bottom portion of the groove 1 is increased. A plurality of convex portions higher than the weight per fiber unit area of the constituting region A are formed, and the region A and the plurality of convex portions constituting the bottom portions of the plurality of groove portions 1 in the thickness direction are formed in the first fiber layer and the second fiber layer. The second fiber layer constituting each of the plurality of convex portions has a side where the surface on the first fiber layer side in the second fiber layer protrudes from the other side of the first fiber layer. A protruding shape toward the same.
