It provides a composition comprising the extract fraction.n n n The melissa leaf extract fraction of the present invention obtained by extracting the melissa leaf with 50-100% alcohol and drying it, suspending the ethanol extract with water, fractionating with ethyl acetate and drying, suspending the ethyl acetate fraction with water and drying the Water-soluble and non-water-soluble substances are effectively extracted and show superior angiogenesis inhibitory and MMP inhibitory effects compared to melissa leaf extract extracted by other extraction methods. Therefore, the composition comprising the melissa leaf extract fraction of the present invention can be usefully used for inhibiting angiogenesis or preventing or treating MMP mediated diseases.
