It is good and there is little plating film thickness variation.n n n The electroless palladium plating solution of the present invention includes a first complexing agent, a second complexing agent, phosphoric acid or phosphate, sulfuric acid or sulfate and formic acid or formate, wherein the first complexing agent is an organic palladium complex based on ethylenediamine as a ligand. The second complexing agent is a chelating agent having a carboxyl group or a salt thereof and / or a water-soluble aliphatic organic acid or a salt thereof. |
