| abstract |
The textured transparent conductive layer according to the invention is deposited on a substrate intended as an optoelectronic device and exhibits a surface shape formed of a series of humps and hollows. The hollow of the layer has a rounded base with a radius greater than 25 nm, and the hollow is in fact smooth, indicating a fine roughness, the fine roughness having an average height of less than 5 nm, and the side of the layer having an absolute value with the substrate plane.
