abstract The present invention obtains the basic injection time of the injector 35 from the FC current detected in step S1, and multiplies the basic injection time by the preset correction coefficient K based on this FC current to correct (learn). The injection time is redefined to obtain a feed forward term (F / F term) of the injection time to be finally obtained (step S5). The correction coefficient K presses the FC inlet pressure on the anode side of the fuel cell 10 to a predetermined target pressure at the time of system startup, and drives the injector 35 until the FC inlet pressure reaches the target pressure. The flow rate characteristic per unit driving time of the injector 35 is set by the relationship between the time Tinj and the total injection amount Q, and is updated each time at system startup.
