titleOfInvention Method for preparing alpha-sulfone fatty acid ester salt surfactant
abstract The present invention comprises the steps of (1) sulfonating a fatty acid ester with sulfur trioxide to obtain a sulfonic acid; (2) bleaching the sulfonic acid obtained in step (1) using hydrogen peroxide solution as a bleaching agent; (3) secondary esterification of the product of step (2) using alcohol as ester; (4) neutralizing the product of step (3) with a base solution; (5) It provides a method for producing α-sulfone fatty acid ester salt surfactant comprising the step of drying the product of step (4) to obtain a powdered product.
