titleOfInvention Laryngoscope with Measurement System
abstract The present invention relates to a laryngeal endoscope with a measurement system for measuring the size of a lesion, and has a light source for illuminating the lesion, a photographing unit for photographing the lesion, a first inclined plane and a second inclined plane parallel to each other. And a reflector having a refractive index greater than a refractive index, and a laser diode for generating laser light, wherein the laser light generated by the laser diode is reflected on the first inclined plane and refracted into the reflector, and the refracted laser light is on the second inclined plane. Is reflected at the first inclined plane out of the reflecting plate, so that two parallel laser lights are irradiated to the lesion. Inside or outside of the laryngoscope, a size calculation unit capable of calculating the size of the lesion photographed by the imaging unit is provided. The distance between two parallel laser beams is referred to as RS, and the measurement distance of the lesion in the captured image is d. If 1 , and the measured distance between the two laser beams irradiated to the lesion in the photographed image is d 2 , the actual size x of the lesion is calculated as RS x d 1 / d 2 .
