abstract The present invention provides a photoluminescent function to impart a photoluminescent function to a transfer medium such as a water transfer paper or a thermal transfer paper or a print medium such as a photo paper so that a printing surface (part) formed on the transferred or printed substrate is emitted in the dark. A transfer medium, comprising: a printing layer on which a specific pattern to be printed on a printed object is formed, a release paper layer peeled off from the printing layer, and an adhesive layer bonding the printing layer and the release paper layer together In the limb, the adhesive layer is an adhesive 20 to 80 composed of any one or two mixed solids of urethane, vinyl, acrylic, polyester, polyamide and EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). It is comprised by mixing the weight% and 80-20 weight% of photoluminescent substances (powder).
