Vector comprising a plasminogen activator gene, hairy root transformed by the vector and a method for producing a plasminogen activator using the same |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a promoter and a operably linked to the bacterium etch virus (TEV) leader sequence, a signal sequence of alfalfa-derived glucose-regulated endoplasmic reticular protein to produce a large amount of plasminogen activator in plants. The present invention relates to a recombinant vector comprising a plasminogen activator (tissue-type plasminogen activator) gene, a hairy root transformed by the vector and a method for producing a plasminogen activator using the same. The recombinant vector of the present invention can express the plasminogen activator protein in an active form in plant cells. Therefore, the recombinant vector of the present invention, the parent hair root transformed by the vector and the method for producing the plasminogen activator protein using the same have the effect of mass-producing the thrombolytic plasminogen activator protein at low cost without side effects. |
