The present invention relates to a method for the simultaneous extraction and analysis of fluoroquinolone antibiotics enrofloxacin, danoploxacin and ciprofloxacin in pork using supercritical fluid extraction, which provides a method for analyzing fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
