abstract The present invention relates to a biocompatible polymer modified-glucocerebrosidase conjugate, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition for treating Gaucher disease, including the same. The biocompatible polymer variant-glucocerebrosidase conjugate of the present invention has a relatively high cell selective absorption ability compared to glucocerebrosidase conjugated with known polymers, and thus can be usefully used for treating Gaucher disease.
