abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a noble metal nanowire using a noble metal oxide, a noble metal material or a noble metal halide as a precursor, and a noble metal nanowire, and specifically, the precursor placed at the front end of the reactor and at the rear end of the reactor. Provided are a manufacturing method of forming a precious metal single crystal nanowire on a single crystal substrate by heat-treating the positioned semiconductor or non-conductive single crystal substrate in an inert gas flowing atmosphere, and a noble metal nanowire manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention.n n n The production method of the present invention can produce the precious metal nanowires by using a gas phase transfer method without using a catalyst, and the process is simple and reproducible, and the prepared nanowires have a perfect single crystal state without defects and impurities. It has the advantages of high purity high quality precious metal nanowires, and has the advantage of mass production of uniform size precious metal nanowires that are not aggregated on a single crystal substrate.
