abstract |
The present invention relates to an oral composition for preventing caries and an antimicrobial composition, and more particularly, to an oral cavity composition for preventing caries and an antimicrobial composition containing a fennel extract as an active ingredient. The fennel extract of the present invention has an inhibitory activity of glucosyltransferase, a causative agent of tooth decay, and antimicrobial activity against Streptococcus mutans , a decay-causing bacterium, as well as no side effects and stable at high temperatures. Can be used in the oral cavity composition for preventing tooth decay and antimicrobial composition that can be processed even in the temperature range. |
