The present invention relates to a functional seaweed jelly containing a seaweed protein as a main ingredient, a soy protein as a protein source, a fruit extract as a taste improving agent, and a fucoidan extract as a physiologically active ingredient, and a method for preparing the same. As it contains soy protein, fruit extract, and fucoidan extract as a physiologically active ingredient, various nutritional substances and bioactive substances can be ingested, thereby contributing to the improvement of national health through a balanced diet. |
