titleOfInvention Pretreatment method for the analysis of trace amounts of heavy metals in plastic compositions
abstract The present invention relates to a pretreatment method for analyzing a trace amount of heavy metals contained in a plastic composition, and in particular, adding sulfuric acid to a plastic composition containing a trace amount of heavy metals such as lead (Pb), heating and carbonizing at a predetermined temperature, and adding nitric acid. Pretreatment process comprising the step of heating white at temperature, evaporating to dryness at high temperature as an essential step, further heating and dissolving with hydrochloric acid if necessary, heating and concentrating with hydrogen iodide, heat dissolving with nitric acid By passing through, the heavy metals contained in the plastic composition can be analyzed to a trace level. The pretreatment method of the present invention provides a new pretreatment method capable of analyzing heavy metals contained in plastic compositions made of various moldings, such as automobile parts, up to a very small amount of ppm. It contributes to minimizing the harmful environment such as environmental pollution, harmfulness of human body and destruction of ecosystem.
