abstract | In conventional rice wine manufacturing, the rice wine is put into a pot or a pot, and the mixture is heated and evaporated. Compared with the manufacturing method, the yield of the main wine production is increased by about three times, the effect of further improving the harmony, the effect of maximizing the effect of extracting the active ingredient from the herbal medicine, and the risk of inadvertently burning the main wine and the container during heating are alleviated. n On the other hand, the present invention relates to providing a method for producing shelf-capable rice wine by putting sterilized rice wine without circulation and storage property into a container and heat-sterilizing it in a conventional manner to produce the product aseptically. |
