Chia seed coffee comprises 3-40 parts by weight of coffee powder, 3-40 parts by weight of chia seed, 3-40 parts by weight of oligosaccharide, and 5-70 parts by weight of water soluble dietary fiber. The oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of fructo-oligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, isomalto-oligosaccharides, galacto oligosaccharide, maltooligosaccharide, xylo oligosaccharide, soy oligosaccharide and chitosan oligo saccharide.
