Chia seed coffee is provided to maximize diet effect by reducing the accumulation of fat through accelerating the combustion action of the fat of the mast cell and energy metabolism. Chia seed coffee comprises 3-40 parts by weight of coffee powder, 3-40 parts by weight of chia seed, 3-40 parts by weight of oligosaccharide, and 5-70 parts by weight of water soluble dietary fiber. The oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of fructo-oligosaccharide, fructooligosaccharide, isomalto-oligosaccharides, galacto oligosaccharide, maltooligosaccharide, xylo oligosaccharide, soy oligosaccharide and chitosan oligo saccharide. |
