Protein shock-oligonucleotide conjugates |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a protein G conjugate in which a cysteine tagged protein G variant and an oligonucleotide are bonded to a N-terminus of protein G by a linker, and the conjugate is formed on a surface of a biochip and a biosensor. By directional binding, it provides a biochip and a biosensor with improved antibody immobilization ability compared to the prior art. |
