abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing dendritic cells with improved immunosuppressive ability by mesenchymal stem cells, dendritic cells with improved immunosuppressive ability, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising such dendritic cells. Dendritic cells of the present invention having improved immunosuppressive ability can be used for the treatment of various diseases or disorders that can be treated through immunosuppressive mechanisms. In addition, the dendritic cells of the present invention having improved immunotolerance capability enable effective application of dendritic cells as immunosuppressive agents.
