abstract |
The present invention relates in particular to the surface coating of molded bodies for use in the in-mold coating (IMC) process in the automotive industry, wherein the surface coating comprises at least 40 weight percent of at least one resin component and 60 weight percent to obtain the required product properties. At least one reactive diluent ranging from 0.3% to 1.5% by weight of UV initiator, the viscosity of the surface coating being between 500 and 2500 mPa ยท s at process temperature. The present invention also relates to the use of surface coatings for the coating of wood moldings in an in-mold coating (IMC) machine under ultraviolet radiation. |
