abstract |
The present invention relates to a high efficiency solar cell using a quantum dot and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, to a dye-sensitized solar cell, a plate-shaped transparent electrode; A plate-shaped counter electrode facing the transparent electrode; A metal oxide film coated on one surface of the transparent electrode and including a metal oxide having a plurality of pores formed therein; A quantum dot film coated on the metal oxide film and including at least one or more quantum dots having various sizes instead of dyes; And it relates to a high efficiency solar cell using a quantum dot comprising an electrolyte layer provided between the counter electrode and the transparent electrode. According to the present invention, at least one or more quantum dots having various sizes can absorb light of various wavelengths, thereby improving light absorption efficiency and providing a high efficiency solar cell that is stable to light without using organic materials. |
