Solid-state imaging device and imaging device |
abstract |
The present invention relates to a solid-state imaging device and an imaging device capable of mitigating the influence of non-uniformity of pixel signal voltage due to pixel reset when determining blackening phenomenon. The comparison between the D-phase level of the pixel signal voltage Vx and the determination level V_det of the reference signal SLP_SUN determines whether or not it is a high-light-capacity imaging condition. When the reference signal SLP_SUN is at the initial value level V_ini, the initialization operation of shorting the input / output of the comparator and aligning the initial value level V_ini with the pixel signal voltage at the pixel reset causes the determination level V_det to be the pixel signal voltage due to the pixel reset. It is not to be affected by nonuniformity. When it is determined that it is a high light quantity imaging condition, the data is correct | amended so that the harmful effect resulting from a high light quantity imaging condition may be suppressed. |
