abstract An environment-friendly water-tissue is provided, in which environmental pollutant is not emitted even though it is burned after use. In a water-tissue using Korean traditional paper, Korean paper occupies about 25 weight% against total weight, and the moisture and the other active component occupy the rest 75 weight%. In case the moisture and the other active component are assumed to 100 weight%, the rate which the active component including wood vinegar liquid, antiseptic, and so on occupies about 7 weight%, and the rest 93 weight% is the water.
