abstract |
The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device and a method of manufacturing the same, including an internal filler to increase adhesion to an encapsulation substrate, thereby increasing durability and reliability of the display device. An organic electroluminescent device array formed on the substrate and including at least one organic electroluminescent device having an organic electroluminescent layer between an anode electrode and a cathode electrode; An encapsulation substrate on the substrate and the organic light emitting diode array; A sealing member outside the encapsulation substrate for bonding the substrate and the encapsulation substrate together; And an inner filling material formed on the encapsulating substrate and positioned in a space between the substrate and the encapsulating substrate, wherein the pattern is formed on a contact surface of the encapsulating substrate corresponding to an edge of the inner filling to increase roughness. An organic electroluminescent display device is characterized in that adhesion between the edge portion of the encapsulation substrate and the internal filling can be increased from that of the center portion. |
