abstract The present invention discloses a system, apparatus and method for drying or dehydrating a high moisture content feedstock with a dry or low moisture product. The equipment system includes a gas turbine generator unit (preferably a heat source), a dryer vessel and a processing unit, wherein the connection between the gas turbine and the dryer vessel leads substantially all gas turbine exhaust into the dryer vessel and introduces air into the dryer vessel. Substantially prevented, the processing unit forms the dried material from the dryer vessel into granules, pellets, flakes or other desired form for the final product. The systems, apparatuses and methods of the present invention also provide for the prevention of the release of HAP emissions comprising VOCs from the manufacturing facility, either alone or in conjunction with the above treatment of high water content feedstocks.
