The objective of the present invention is to provide a simple and highly sensitive immunoassay method for immunoassay microchips and micro-samples in which microstructures of beads having sufficient reaction area while suppressing flow resistance in the microchannel are provided. This problem was solved by the immunoassay microchip provided with the microchannel which the microstructure which the fixed fine beads disperse | distributed and hold | maintained homogeneously dispersed in the photocurable hydrophilic resin, and the immunoassay method using the microchip were solved. |
