abstract |
The second camera 6b captures the test pad P of the test target TCP to acquire coordinate data of the test pad P, and simultaneously captures the probe 81 of the probe card 8 to detect the probe. Acquisition of the coordinate data of 81, the position shift amount of the test pad P and the probe 81 is calculated | required from the coordinate data of the test pad P, and the coordinate data of the probe 81, and it calculates to the said position shift amount. On the basis of this, the probe card 8 is moved by the probe card stage 7 to automatically position the probe 81 with respect to the test pad P of the TCP under test. Thereby, alignment of the test pad P of TCP and the probe 81 of the probe card 8 can be performed correctly and easily. |
