Specifically, the prognostic factor of vascular aging consisting of human apolipoprotein B100 in which a thiol group is glutathionized; A method for testing a lesion due to vascular aging, comprising measuring human apolipoprotein B100 in which a thiol group is glutathionized in a blood sample; An antibody that specifically recognizes apolipoprotein B100 having a thiol group glutathionized; Provided are diagnostic drugs or kits for diagnosing early lesions resulting from vascular aging, including antibodies that recognize human apolipoprotein B100 in which thiol groups are glutathionized. |
