abstract The present invention provides a combination comprising:n n n (i) at least one aromatic primary diamine in combination with at least one N, N-dihydrocarbylhydroxylamine in an amount that minimizes color, wherein the aromatic primary diamine comprises two primary amino groups (amino groups In the form of one benzene ring having meta or para relative to each other, wherein the primary amino group contains an alkyl group at each position that is ortho, andn n n (ii) at least one aromatic secondary diamine having a Gardner color number of about 7 or less, wherein said aromatic secondary diamine is in the form of one benzene ring having two secondary amino groups on the ring, or connected by an alkylene bridge In the form of two benzene rings with one secondary amino group on each ring.n n n Optionally, at least one N, N-dihydrocarbylhydroxylamine is combined with said aromatic secondary diamine.
