abstract |
Particularly suitable polyethylene compositions for the production of films, and methods for their preparation are described. The polyethylene composition of the present invention comprises at least one multimodal polyethylene comprising a plurality of ethylene polymer fractions having at least individual molecular weight and comonomer content, wherein at least one of the plurality of ethylene polymer fractions is prepared using a single site catalyst. 50 to 89% by weight of the first polyethylene component, and 50 to 11% by weight of the second polyethylene component, including low or medium density polyethylene. |
