The present invention provides conjugates between the Factor VII or Factor VIIa peptide and the PEG component.n n n The conjugate is bound by one intact glycosyl linker that is inserted between the peptide and the modifying group and covalently bonds.n n n The conjugate is formed from glycosylated and unglycosylated peptides by the action of one glycosyl transferase.n n n The glycosyl transferase binds one modified sugar component to an amino acid or glycosyl residue on the peptide.n n n Moreover, the pharmaceutical formulation containing the said conjugate is provided.n n n The method for producing the conjugate is also within the scope of the present invention. |
