abstract | The present invention relates to a liquor manufacturing method using a technology for generating micro-nanobubble, and first, the raw water (ground water / drinking water) treated to pre-treatment to the drinking level to be treated as active raw water After that, the product is treated with micronanobubble treatment or micronanobubization one or more times to prepare final casting water which becomes active water of activated oxygen bubble, and dilute this casting water in liquor stock to prepare liquor. Then, the present invention relates to producing a liquor characterized in that the dilution of the casting liquor is added to the liquor stock solution at least once.n n n According to the present invention, a method of preparing liquor using the micro-nanobubble treatment is effective in producing liquor that has no taste and is soft and tastes clean and refreshing. |
