| abstract | The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation containing a sibutramine free base and a preparation method thereof, wherein the pharmaceutical formulation of the present invention is a tablet containing a solid dispersion in which a sibutramine free base, an acid, a water-soluble polymer, and colloidal silicon oxide are uniformly dispersed. The present invention also provides a process for preparing such sibutramine free base containing tablets. The preparation method of the present invention is easy to manufacture, and the tablet containing sibutramine free base according to the present invention has excellent storage stability under severe conditions. |
