titleOfInvention | Antigen-Antibody Response Detection Method |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for improving the sensitivity of antigen-antibody detection using a label oscillator without label. In detail, a crystal oscillator spin-coated a sol-gel porous thin film may be used to determine whether proteins are bound by mass change. Antigen-antibody detection method using sol-gel technique has the advantage of increasing the reaction area to increase the sensitivity and prevent protein denaturation by forming a porous layer. Proteins in the pores can be preserved without degeneration for several months and can be reused. It also contains PEG, which reduces nonspecific binding of proteins and forms pores of appropriate size, allowing free movement of immobilized target molecules, increasing the probability of achieving three-dimensional orientation suitable for intermolecular reactions, thereby increasing overall reactivity. . By adjusting the pH, PEG content, molecular weight, etc. of the sol-gel manufacturing conditions, it is possible to increase the molecular recognition efficiency by making a suitable pore size in which various target molecules can be immobilized. |
