titleOfInvention Chitosan coating composition for improving fish feed
abstract The present invention relates to a chitosan coating composition for improving wet feed (MP feed) of aquaculture fish, and in more detail, the moist feed (Moisture pellet: MP feed) used in domestic marine fish farming is an artificial blend feed (Extrusion). Compared to Pellet, EP), it is easy to disintegrate when feeding to a fish tank, and the water penetrates quickly and easily sinks, thus eliminating the loss of feed as well as decisive factors contaminating farms and coastal waters. Has developed MP feed coatings using functional natural polysaccharides chitosan as a way to prevent coastal pollution and to minimize coastal pollution of the MP feeds currently used in marine fish farms. Immunostimulating effect was confirmed.n n n    Therefore, through the present invention, the chitosan coating agent of MP feed, which is the main feed of fish farming, was developed to reduce the contamination of fish tanks by increasing the floating and binding power of the feed, and also by inhibiting the occurrence of fish disease by the fish enhancement effect of the chitosan coating agent. The use of antibiotics could be reduced, thus contributing to the eco-friendly aquaculture industry.
